Coverage
What TenderMonitor watches today
TenderMonitor checks AusTender, NSW buy.nsw, and QLD QTenders every five minutes, then emails you when a new listing matches your profession profile and exact keyword refinements.
Monitored sources
These are the sources used for current TenderMonitor alerts. Source portals remain the authority for documents, deadlines, amendments, and submission rules.
Commonwealth approaches to market and other current opportunity notices available through AusTender.
Public NSW tender opportunities and related opportunity listings available through the buy.nsw environment.
Queensland tender opportunities, including current notices for supplier arrangements where shown by the portal.
How matching works
Your profession profile does the broad matching first. Exact keyword refinements narrow the alert to the services, locations, licence terms, or phrases you care about.
The selected trade or service category sets the main alert context.
Optional words and phrases help catch specific work you do, but do not replace the profession profile.
Your evaluation starts when the first matching alert arrives. If no matching tender appears straight away, monitoring continues instead of asking you to pay for silence.
Is this the right coverage for you?
Best fit
- Businesses that want AusTender, NSW, and QLD alerts in one inbox.
- Trades and service firms that need fast filtering, not a full bid-writing service.
- Owners who cannot check portals manually every business day.
Not a fit yet
- Businesses that need every Australian state, territory, and council portal.
- Teams that require complete all-Australia tender coverage.
- Suppliers relying mainly on invite-only limited approaches or private panel requests.
You can sign up from Australia, but monitored-source coverage currently means the three sources listed above. We do not claim to cover every Australian government tender portal.
